Walka 7 voucher still not recieved

My walka 7 was discontinued I called the call centre 3 times in the last 3 months about my online voucher that I was supposed to get due to the device being discontinued. Till this day I have received nothing from you. Can you please sort this out and give me my voucher!!!!!!!!!!
