Walka 7 exhanged for a Walka 4.3...RipOff
This past weekend I went into Multichoice to claim for my damaged Walka 7. I was told that what they were offering me is a tiny micro Walka 4.3 which is half the size of the Walka 7. Can Multichoice consider the fact that Walka 4.3 does not equit to a Walka 7 (which I bought with my hard earned cash). Secondly I have been pay insurance every month only to receive a product which I had not paid for!

Please bare in mind that I am paying a month insurance fee for a Walka that 1) does not exist at the original purchased size 2) Which might be phased out soon...please tell me what is the purpose of this then? Why keep this product on the market when it is causing unnecessary frustration and have a negative impact on your service? I do not understand the logic.
