This is a Bull **** excuse for buying or taking out insurance for a item! Just to get more money out of a client!<br> Where did you ever heard such ludicrous? Consumer Act does not allow this! This because a battery stopped working!? In first place my a Company not sell products if there is no parts available for it! Get your act right, because you are becoming just like the President!
