Wake up MultiChoice you are a disaster

I have been a subscriber for a good number of years, I have a low-key package because I have little time for TV but I do have specific interests. I pay my subscription every month by direct transfer NOT by debit order because of the hassles other have experienced with this organization with debit orders. All has gone well until Dec 2020 when my service was interrupted without any warning. I contacted Multi-choice Randburg who contended that my subscription was outstanding. I disputed this saying that I was looking ant the proof of payment dated a week before due date. Unfortunately due to COVID operations invoked by MultiChoice I could not be helped as I had to e-mail proof of payment to them which I did immediately but it was not received by them. After about the fourth attempt someone at MultiChoice thought it prudent to inform me that I needed to send it to and e-mail address "Proof of payment". Apparently the help desk and the proof of payment desk do not communicate. My viewing was restored the next day. I do not understand Why. I was annoyed about the whole episode and made my displeasure known.

January 2121 was a repeat performance. This time I threw my toys out of the cot and made such a fuss that some compassionate lady assisted me and discovered that my payments were being credited to someone else's account and he was presumably not paying. It would take some time to resolve. I demanded to speak to a manager. There are NO MANAGERS at MultiChoice or else they are such Lilly-livers that they hide behind their front-line staff expecting them to take the flak for any failures. I insisted on written confirmation that the situation was rectified and on a written apology. I eventually received an e-mailled half-hearted apology and a statement that the matter was attended to. Feb came along without any disruption and I was about to feel guilty for throwing my toys out of the cot when March arrived and guess what. Repeat occurrence. This time it took 30 minutes to speak to someone on the phone as MultiChoice make use of the daft telephone interface during which one is subjected the the most abominable noise posing a music and the system was not working correctly requiring at least 6 re-dials. Eventually I spoke to an operator and repeated what had transpired in January. An hour later I had TV but not the package I had paid for. I wrote two further e-mails demanding written confirmation and an apology. Guess what Nothing! The following day I received a phone call from a "Consultant" at MultiChoice purporting to have read my mails and her opening gambit was," I want to help you." I hope I never have the misfortune to speak to such an egotistical opinionated helper in my life again. She heard nothing I said and tried her best to put words in my mouth and to speak over me and shout me down. I repeatedly asked her not to do so and eventually said "Goodbye" and hung up. MultiChoice ship up or ship out you are an embarrassment to an entertainment industry supposedly finding it hard to survive under COVID conditions and you are not helping. I still want my written apology and my written confirmation and no my insurances is not overdue you have assigned it to Mr. Pienaars account. Please resolve this
