Wake up DSTV

I have been with Multichoice since its inception and have received the most shoddy service from them. They are claiming that I owe them R2000.00+. Yet for the past year I have requested either a statement or detailed ledger showing me where I owe them this money. I am not paying purely on their sayso as their accounts are a total mess. To date I have not received anything other then sms' demanding payment. Yesterday I got home to discover my account (TV viewing) has been suspended. I am totally disgusted with this unacceptable service.

Best regards,
Kindly send this to me in the form of a detailed ledger as I fail to see where you get the overdue amounts from. As far as I can ascertain the account is paid up.

I have just sat and worked out what was 'returned debits' plus 5 months payments at R899.00. This totals R8497.33. I have paid in a total of R9046.00 plus I received a credit on the old decoder account. Worked out this way I am in credit of R548.67 plus the credit amount.
SHOCKING

This is my second complaint against DSTV. I am fully convinced that no-one there knows what they are doing. On Tuesday (22/05/17) I sent them a spreadsheet showing what I owed and what I had paid. I am in credit for +R1600.00. I had an immediate response from them stating that it had been handed over to their financial division who would be in contact with me shortly. I still have had no word from them. Tuesday evening my service had been reconnected. Yesterday it was disconnected AGAIN. They are fast loosing credability and the more people I speak to the more I realise that this is not an isolated incident. Why can they not employ people who actually know how to do their jobs?
