Waiting two months for upgrade of subscription and hardware

I contacted Multi Choice twice for a upgrade of my subscription and hardware. All details for contract was obtained and for two months nothing has been done. Can't believe that it's always so frustrating that they cold call you and when you request and upgrade there service is pathetic
