Waiting on Refund

ref: ********** 7 We are a due a large refund from Multichoice due to the fact they never cancelled a subscription when we requested. I received a mail acknowledging that the refund was due along with a value. To date we haven't received the refund and my e-mails and phone calls are not being returned. I keep getting promised of Supervisors or Managers that will return my call but nothing! they can't put me through to a manager or even the finance and billing department as they don't have phones?! Come on Multi choice - you can do better than this! It is like drawing blood from a stone!
