Waiting long in the que at Dstv Maponya Mall

I've been waiting in the que for approximately 1 hour 10 minutes, all the consultants are open but the que is not moving, we are standing not even chairs. This is very bad, I don't whether Dstv is taking advantage because they are the only one offering this service. I came here to swap my decoder for HD, I want to leave but I can't because I can't miss my soccer matches. I wish that someone come to the market and disrupt Dstv, they are way to confortable. This is really not fair, I'm so disappointed. Something must be done.
