Waiting for refund since May. Pathetic service

I cancelled my service in May. Money was deducted and I have been trying to get a refund since May. I have phoned numerous times only to be told it is being sorted out. Today I phoned and held on for almost 20nminutes and now one even answer the call. Pathetic service.
