Waiting for refund since May 2023

I paid 450.00 to an incorrect dstv account in May and till date I have not been refunded and they don't even want to allocate the payment to the correct reference number. I have called more than 10 times and sent so many emails to different departments with proof if I'd, proof of payment and no help has been received. It's unbelievable that a huge company like multichoice can take advantage of poor people like this. They even sent me a whole profile of where the money was allocated with the person s details. Is that not against POPIA. I am very disgusted with the service. I need my money back. I have proof of communication from dstvand all calls were recorded. Please pay my money back. I am in desperate need for that money
