Waiting for installation nightmare

I app**** for a dstv price lock more than two weeks ago then they said it’s gonna take 5working days for delivery and installation.it took them 4days to deliver with the driver claiming that they had given him a wrong phone number and told me that someone else was gonna come to install it. It’s been more than 12days waiting for the installer contacting them every now and then without any success.even up to now it still hasn’t been installed.I’m even thinking of canceling the contract and go to showmax I still remember one day when their agent by the name of ayanda told me that he couldn’t help me. I would never recommend anyone to sms 37408 for price lock at any given time.
