Waiting for Installation after paying R1400!!

I paid R1400 for a DStv installation. They said they would call me but they havent. I even had to go myself the next day in the afternoon and thats only when they actually called the guys. They said they are coming but still. They even said they might come the next day. 2 days, payments already made and i am still waiting. No phone call or SMS. DSTv Mondeor is something else.
