Waiting for feedback

Can you please advise as to what is so difficult in resolving my issue? It's bee over 4 months of you doing an investigation. This is disappointing and appalling coming from a company of your stature. I've been dealing with so many people from your company, I even lost count and can't even recall who assisted me. Please advise is to whether you will be able to resolve this issue or not.
