Waiting for Explorer Ultra decoder
Signed up for a new Compact subscription in March - one that comes with a free Explora Ultra and a fixed price of R569 p/m for two years. Hardware was to be delivered in 5-8 working days. Nothing has arrived. Many, many, many calls later and being told my complaint/query will be escalated, still no decoder. I have been told it has been approved but there is no sales order number. The consultants promise to phone back but never do. Does such an offer with DStv even exist? I am waiting for my decoder to arrive before activating the package as it is pointless to pay with no decoder. Amazingly bad service!!!!
