Waiting for DStv installation for two weeks now...call centre is so clueless and unhelpful
I bought the R699 dish and installation package from the DStv website and they delivered the decoder but no one has called for installation !!!! It's been 2 weeks now and the call centre people just tell me that someone will call me !!!! The call centre people for some reason have no idea how the whole system works.... they just know that "Someone" will call you !!!!
