Waiting for DSTV decoder - dealership no stock.

Our DSTV Decoder (which is insured by DSTV) has broken (*******).

I went to the Dealership in Lephalale twice, they can't help as they don't have stock of that certain decoder.

I have phoned DSTV Insurance, they said the dealership must put a note in the system that it is broken. Went back again, the system was off.

Our installer went back and ask them to do the note, and they order another one, DSTV said they will contact me. No response received from them yet.
