WAITING FOR DECODER AND INSTALLER

Kindly assist, I am still waiting for the delivery of the decoder and still waiting for a call from the installers.

I’ve been calling since the 20th as I saw that no one was calling to schedule the installation and no one knows nothing. I’ve been calling the *** number and everyone keeps saying that they have escalated my query but no feedback

I’ve chatted to: 1. Nondumiso M 2. Itumeleng M- Who gave me escalation *** 3. Didintle M-Left me hanging on the chat never came back to me

I’m frankly getting disappointed with the type of service I’m getting and treatment I get form the consultants. Its sad to have this type of experience especially form a company I used to work for in 2*** Facebook and Hello Peter desk.
