Waiting for a Refund from DSTV over 14 days and no feedback

<p>I have been waiting for a refund from DSTV. Money was deducted from my account for a missing payment. I sent proof of payment twice so I could get my refund. When I called I was told the refund would take 7 days. Its now more than 14 days and still no refund. It was very easy for the amount to be deducted but now I have proved I dont owee any money yet I still have not received my money. I am sick and tired of dealing with the incompetence of DSTV. I want my refund.</p>
