Waiting for a refund!!

I am disgusted with DSTV right now. on the 3rd a debit order came off my account R950 more than it should have been. I phoned DSTV immediately and was assured that I would get the refund during the week. It is now the 14th May and still i have not received my money. DSTV not all of us have R950 just lying around waiting for you to refund it. I never authorized this and you should have paid me back immediately. I am shocked at how shoddy you are at getting this money back to me.
