Waiting for a month for a payment reversal

I've been struggling to have my reversed payment either paid back into my account or made available so I can pay for streaming, all I get is false promises from every agent that the account or payment will be processed in the next 24hours, the last agent even deleted the online chat history and disconnected without a response. It has been a month already.
