Waiting for a call back from sales team
<p>I have been waiting for a call back from the dstv sales team regarding the explora option.initial call was made 1 December 2016 and since then i have called in a further 3 times but still no call back and all i get told by the call centre is that they will escalate it. Can this really take so long?</p>
