Waiting for 6 weeks no decoder and no package.
I app**** for the explora by sms on the 1st of June 2015 and also for the premium package. It is now the 16th of July 2015 and still nothing, I phone 2-3 times a week and all I get told is that someone will get back to me everytime I phone. I am relocating next week and would have liked to complete everything before I moved in. I cant believe that this can take 6 weeks to complete. Dont you want new business?
