Waiting Endlessly For Call Back to Verify Details

It has been almost 2 weeks now since an agent called to apply for Price Lock, i was innitially approved for the Decoder deal only with Installation, then another agent called and i was informed that i will be contacted during the week to verify deal and details, up to now i have not heard one single word from DSTV PRICE LOCK, this is very un professional service and a lack of interest in any of your valued customers.
