Waiting a week, 3 reference no response

I have 3 reference numbers for people to get back to me. Even their complaints line, spoke to Sydwell John. He promised to get back to me and it's been 3 days. In total a week, no positive response. DSTV promised a one month at no extra cost upgrade to premium if I accepted the promotion. I accepted but now know gas a clue of this promotion even when I sent them proof thereof.
