I have never been so humiliated in my life!!! As I was fed up with the stores service so I have called the call centre for assistance. They requested me to go back to the branch to get a case number for the transfer of ownership that has not gone through yet. I get there no case number available and the staff standing and laughing in my face! I was so upset that I stormed out almost in tears. I have never felt so discriminated and humiliated. I will never ever set foot in this branch. I am the customer , I am paying them why are they allowed to behave in such a manner. This branch is a sinking ship! SO MANY people are complaining about this branch but nothing gets done! They are either ****** or just plain ***********. I do not want any call centre agent to phone me as I have voice recordings of different stories all the time. I want the divisional manger to contact me ASAP!! I am the customer and in this case a Fed Up Frustrated customer.
