**** Vouchers from Multichoice

I once received an sms from Multichoice stating I have won a voucher for reconnecting my service I then follow all the instruction to redeem that voucher of which it was a hustle on its own I have to speak with all multichoice staff , after getting that voucher number I have never been so disappointed to find out it is invalid I cant purchase with that stupid voucher again I contacted multichoice asking why are they playing games with me I was told to go to the branch I went to branch some lady try to assist me she then said everything its fine now I will receive another voucher within 24hrs again after 24hrs nothing , I called again asked for manager I spoke to Alyssa she escalated the matter for me then today I received a response from Xolani Shabalala telling me to follow instruction of which its very dumb what he was saying , I never asked for any voucher from multichoice I am just upset with their unprofessionalism and their **** vouchers
