VISIT DSTV (MULTICHOICE) AT YOUR PERIL

If ever you have to visit Multichoice at N1, don't forget to take your blood pressure pills! I went today to take out a streaming contract and came away quite exhausted. I had to repeatedly tell the "consultant" (at table No 6) to LISTEN to me. Only when I took down her name, did she show a bit of enthusiasm. We EVENTUALLY got to the stage where she downloaded the DSTV Stream App on my phone. But I had to ask her how do I CONNECT my phone to my smart TV. She took me to "Log in to TV" on the App and said I must enter a code that would appear on my TV screen. I went home to look for the code ... but NO magic! The poor lady forgot to explain how the code would be generated. Now I have to go back to N1 City for the FIFTH time! Thank goodness for blood pressure pills!!!
