Vile services at DSTV Africa Multichoice

I have been paying for DSTV for my family in Zimbabwe from South Africa for more than 3 years. On Friday I decided to pay from Picknpay around 5pm and was told the rate and paid the asked amount in full. Today, lo and behold the service has been disconnected. Not sure if the US$ rate changed over the weekend but the money is now short with $0.90 and the service is disconnected. For 96 cents which is less than R15. How triflin is that DSTV Africa and DSTV Zimbabwe? Your service is pathetic and inexcusable. You could have added it to the next bill but to cut service for 96c is beyond vile. You better pull your socks up because there is new competition coming against you and your vile service. Unimpressed is an understatement. Precious Nkoma was so generous with that response that I owe 96c, lol.
