Viewing disconnected over R20 insurance cover
Why dud you disconnect the viewing. The ledt hand does not know what the roght hand is doing.
What is R270 for? The consultant confirmed that the R50 is going to be taken off as I Paid on time.
The rest of the money you say I owe is for the R20 insurance. If I choose not to pay for the insurance then I choose not to, you can just not cover for it BUT to disconnect..wow.
I'll watch NETFLIX. DSTV is useless anyway. I can watch the channels online as well and its the latest episodes. Not these repeats after repeats after repeats.

09 May 2022, 12:47According to your breakdown, it adds up to R499 so in actual fact my monthly instalment is R499.00 and not R619.00. I have been paying R600 for the past 3 to 4 months so that should have covered the outstanding balance.
The R201.68 balance, is for what?
The reconnection fee of R50.00 should be taken off as I paid on time but you guys disconnected the viewing anyway and when I phoned the call Centre it was reconnected immediately and the agent agreed that it was not supposed to be disconnected.

If I deduct the R50(reconnection fee) from the R201.01 I am left with R151.00 so please explain what the R151.68 is for?
