"We have extensively looked into the account to rectify the billing, and can confirm currently the account is up-to-date. A once off amount of R818.70, was debited on the 30.08.2019 as a result of our system upgrade. However, you can agree this error was fixed when we debited the amount of R401.55 on the 30.09.2019, less than your normal subscription. The once off amount included a hardware charge of R100.00, for the decoder which is usually the last installment on your Price Lock contract. However, this amount was billed early to ensure there are no additional charges at the end of the contract. "
About the above message, why was i not informed about this earlier hardware charge, and you guys decide to change the terms of the contract without informing me?? because if was suppose to be at the end of my contract with you guys, as you have said........
" In January 2020, your debit order will be different due to a Box Office movie rental of R35.00, rented on the 09.01.2020."
Yes i did rent a movie for R35.00, and as i did explained to one of you call centre ladies, I believe you will agree with me that R554.00 + R35.00 is not equal to R690.03 right........ unless i rented the movie for R136.03?????? So why was i charged R100.03 extra????
