Very Very poor service from Multichoice

I am really sick and tired of poor service from multichoice and if you cancel your subscription they call you to reconnect your service but they are not willing to give the service I upgraded to premium and then tried to downgrade again on the 16th of April on my wifes account her payment date is the 16th but when I called they could not access her account due to system problems the 17th I went to the whatsapp channel and try to do the downgrade and it showed successful ,when I got home on the 18th of April I saw that we were still on premium and called again a lady called Charnelle Lee told us that we were in a credit and that we only need to pay four hundred and something by the 16th of May and we will be covered for premium my wife advised her that it was impossible for us to be in credit but she told my wife that the system showed that we were in credit thats when I told my wife to ask for a.name and ref number she gave a ref number only to find out later that it was actually part of our account number which means nothing if you have a query on the morning of the 23rd our service where disconnected and I called again the lady asked me for the number I called from so that they can investigate and told us that if we they find the calls we would be disconnected again within 7 days and she reconnected our service uptil today we have not heard anything back from dstv but our service was again disconnected this morning we are loyal customers for years now and they can see on their system that we did not skip anything uptil now but still chooses to treat loyal customers like this if tgis is not sorted between today and tomorrow I told my wife that we must cancel our subscription and rather go with netflix as it is much cheaper I watch it on my phone or laptop for R49 a month and its really nice shows thats on their Dstv must get their house in order and stop treating their loyal customers as if they dont matter to them I really hope to hear from them soon ********** 195
