Very Very Poor Service

So on Tuesday I went to make a payment for my DStv, and realized my seconday decoder wasn't playing then I went to DStv at Khayelitsha Mall yesterday only to be told I must bring both decoders, so i returned and a lady struggled to troubleshoot the decoder, then I had to answer a call on my cellphone when I returned she gave me my decoders and said "They're working just fine".

So I returned home and plugged the decoders...to my surprise they were both now working ( meaning she broke or messed up my primary decoder), so I had to return again this morning , luckily I found the same lady who assisted me yesterday then i asked her' what did you do?" why are both my decoders not working whereas my primary decoder was working when i brought them yesterday, she then told me there's nothing they can do as their systems were offline..so she suggested that i should phone ********** and pay R300 to fix my connection which she messed up yesterday....

And then I got an sms few minutes ago from Dstv that I must pay a certain amount before 02 April....but they haven’t fixed my decoder
