VERY VERY DISSAPOINTING DSTV

I posted here a couple of times and got a response that my Issue will be resolved, but up until this day its not and I'm still disconnected ,meaning I paid for nothing, no one even bothers to send me a statement or an email at least to show that they don't want to lose a customer, at this point I would rather close my account and stream ,the service I've been getting from DSTV is disappointing!!!
