Very Very Disappointed

On the 03 March I app**** for pricelock DSTV explora for R449 using 35980 ,I got a call back and my application was successful and a debit order was arranged for the 15th of every month. I arranged that the Installer comes of the 16 March 2020 as it was the only time I was available, until today the installer never came. I SMS'd again and this time they told me the offer of R449 was no longer available, it is now R499, but they could see on the system that I was approved previously. The agent I spoke to said the matter will be escalated to the manager but till this day, no one has gotten back to me, and the agent did inform me that the explora is with the Installer but they could not see or tell which Installer it is. I am sick and tired of the empty promises because I also called multichoice and they could not assist me. I have been waiting for more than a month going to 2. Can someone please just get this matter sorted. The name of the Agent I spoke to was Promise, then I spoke to Nondumiso and then Maboa Kate who is the supervisor that said will call me back and never did.
