Very very bad service

Please understand how frustrated I am by now! Last night was once again (the 8th time) that I was on the phone for more than an hour with DSTV.

How is this even possible!!!!!????

I have since the 6th of November battled to get this account going with so many frustrated calls to the call centres. I have spoken to so many people some nice and some not so helpful. However two ladies by the names of:

Chabalala and Bulelwa Mtotana were two girls helping both for more than an hour and promised me with their whole hearts to call me back to confirm that all is sorted out. They acknowledged that the problem was every time not sorted out and both of them in three days time promised that it is now in the process of finalising. However there would be a 48 hour delay. Both said that they looked into it and phoned team leaders. As for last night I just know this was not done and nothing has been rectified as all these and other people promised.

VERY VERY BAD SERVICE!!!

HI ANDILE
you have indeed rep**** on my request twice however i am sure you are buying time. If my dstv is off for two weeks and I have spend numerous hours to 10 or more call centre agents and team leaders and as a result reported this and you phoned me it does not mean problem solved how is this possible that clients can be treated like this when paying for a service? it is evident that the relevant staff is not doing their job at all!! If a payment needs to be allocated why in two weeks did this not happen? Yesterday and today Andile called and we are still waiting… its now as previously at the finance department??? so the waiting game is still going without hope
