very very bad service

I won a prize on the 03/12/2021 of R1000 from DSTV rewards and have never received my prize. DSTV is now dead quiet and I should have received all the prize before the 15/01/2022 as promised by their email to me. After many calls to DSTV there is no person who can assist me.

Their service speaks of extreme unprofessionalism and I do not know if DSTV ****med me. It's not about the prize money but their promise to pay the prize money and as well as their promise to me through an email of their extremely professional service and that they always put their clients first.

I am deeply disappointed with their service to me.
