VERY VERY BAD SERVICE and Incompetence!!!

How can this Company exist?? Because they are ripping us off!! I ordered a Decoder from their Website, and it needs to be returned for being the wron Product! But all the E-Mails to them are NOT being answered, nor can one get through to them on the Phone! The Multichoice linked Company ON THE DOT does NOT answer their Phones either, and the ones one gets through to, thei say they are not responsible. Its is Time to BAN DSTV from our TV's, for the BAD SERVICE they provide!! PATHETIC!!!
