Very very bad service.

Very bad service, I have downgraded my package last month because they play the same movies over and over again, I took the package of R280 and this month I pay the same amount of R280 again now my dstv is off I don't know y they did it I can't contact them because this wattzup line of them is useless, I just want them to explaine to me y did they cut my line.
