Very very bad service
A request was register at Multichoice to deactivate 1 decoder and card and and to activate a new decoder and card. The deactivation was done but the activation was not done, that result in no tv available. I've phone and hold the line for 38 minutes when the person answered they requested more information I had to phone back. I've phoned back 10 minutes later after 50min hanging on the line I pressed down and phone again as I thought something went wrong with the line. I was on the line again for 5 minutes pressed down and phone again and request the technical department to assist the agent and the Supervisor was not helpful. I had to phone again after 27 min Rifilwe Mogashoa was not very helpful as she put me twice on hold without explaining what she is doing why I had to hold. After she fixed the problem she very rudely came back and informed me that the problem was fixed. I asked to rate her service she said hold the line put me on hold again and cut the call. I had to call the technical department again to assist with the signal as the decoder was still not working. I'm very disappointed that you have to be on the teleph for 1 hour and 40 min with very bad service.
