Very very Bad Service

Good day i called just about n hour ago n i experienced a bad service by one if the assistant named BONKE. He failed to help me reconnect my Dstv i told him the problem I was experiencing playing my Dstv of wich i payed n not connected he didn't even try to help me allocate the problem instead he insisted i send proof of payment even thou i told him i sent it about 5times he then laughed at me and asked my whats my problem i then asked to him to transfer me to his manager he said no manager or supervisor is on duty on weekends its only agents wich is hard to believe. He then **** to me telling me that my Dstv is Connected but he cant seem to find my Email. BONKE to told me hold on while he tries to transfer me to someone who will be able to help me since all the management team is not available on weekends i waited n hour on the phone holding then 30 minutes later he droped the phone.
