Very very bad service

Bad service from Dstv.my name is Taedi Moletsane. i went on the on the 19 December to Dstv festival mall Kempton park to buy a decoder . lady i n the shop assisted me and went off to the next shop . i came back 30 minutes later to shop letting her know i cant have the product anymore ,i explained to the lady my situation in which she called the manager and Ronwell. manager spoke to me and ask me to give the lady phone, the lady spoke to another guy in the shop, without talking to me the guy sad if i dont want the F....decoder i must f..... live it. i asked the lady for my money back she refused and i left the shop. I want money back as I cant tolerate that language used by this guy with a foreign accent . i hate bad service and vulgar language and i need my money as it has been 4days now i reported this matter to the dstv complaint service.
