Very unpleasant
I would actually give zero star judging how unpleasant your services are..on the 30th of Aug 2023 i woke up to my tv(Dstv) being disconnected when i called your offices ,i spoke to Zandile who couldn’t be much of help to why you disconnected my decoder. To my surprise she advised me to pay R741,99 which I politely asked for ,according to me my Dstv Compact subscription is R449 which i pay every last day of the month.. The poor service MultiChoice rendered to me is appalling ,and to my disgust the money was R819,13 today which I paid…
