Very unhappy Nd want to cancel now

Bad experience got worse. I was called by Andile from DStv on Saturday asking about the query that I have been complaining about on this platform. I explained everything Nd he listened after that he said he will call me back first thing Sunday Morning and until now nothing. I have tried all I can to contact them so now I'm not sure what to do honestly I'm defeated!! He never asked for details or anything and didn't respond just said he will call back. Like really??
