Very unhappy dstv customer

Dstv is the most incompetant bunch that I have ever dealt with. Over 25 reference numbers, over 50 calls to agents and call centres. Every agent gives me different answers. I have had a balance on my account for over 3 years. Recently they disconnected my account because of this. I have no idea why I owe this amount. They claim it is a previous decoder. How can that be possible? Why would they reconnect a new decoder when I still owe on a old one and why do I all of sudden only get cut off for this mysterious balance now. Nobody will give me statements and dates of why I owe this money. Why would I pay an amount that I dont owe and dstv cannot give me proof of why I owe it. I am considering legal steps to get this sorted out. In the meantime I have to sit without my services while the *********** dstv people try to figure out what the hell they are doing.
