Very unhappy customer and not happy about the service DSTV is offering us

I called to change my payment date and then opted for a debit order payment , which the agent did not advise that I will be charged a pro rata and to my surprise last night my debit order is more than my normal payment, I really need an explanation and my money back as my normal amount to pay is R554 but was debitted R646 and why is the prorata more than the reconnection fee because I was not owing dstv when I called o change my payment date, so meaning I should have just let them disconnect me and then I pay a reconnection fee of R50, I am really not happy about that and I really need my money back and my payment method back to cash.
