Very unhappy customer

I am at Margate for n few days I phoned dstv and the helpdesk opperator told me no reception for my Walka I think this is vey bad though we are 1oom from keg pub & Bar... al holiday flats in area does have reception...unacceptable ....now we can see no programs at all
