VERY UNHAPPY

very unhappy i ask the call centre to activate my account on xtraview for my explora and dstv they activate to accounts i called in again on the 8 october and ask why i should pay that amount as i requested xtraview they change it to today my account show 636. 98 this is insane and my subscription is 475 amount dstv ******* people is the callcentre have listening s****s why should the customer be liable for they incompetence i need my account fix to the amount i need to pay ID ********** 160082
