Very terrible service and lack of communication

<p>I requested a refund of my credit balance on the 30th Jan 2017 and a lady who was assisting me informed me, that it was approved and it will be in my bank account within 48 hours. but till today i am still waiting. today i called to enguire about the delay, i was informed that it was never captured at all. please refund me whats due to me, as i no longer use your services.</p>
