Very rude agent on Facebook page

<p>I have been having problems with my connection since 6th June everyday having to chat with the agent's who advise me to that and the next right upto now the problem is not resolved ,each one of them has a different solution that's not working.Finally I get a duch who has no respect for the people who pay his salary yet the problem is not sorted</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
