Very rude agent

I called multichoice to switch off my xtra view since my house was burgled so I don't have a tv anymore,the only tv left is the one in my bedroom which keeps giving me an error message saying there is no communication from the primary decoder.i don't know how many times I called Multichoice, I recharged about 3 x only to get a rude guy who spoke to me like he is speaking to his own child. I'm so ****ed bcos my problem is not even resolved,the only thing I got was attitude from this Musa guy.i am so fed up I even want to cancel the whole damn subscription <br>
